Data lost when pasted into a DOS application due to could not process characters
Cause:
Some DOS applications cannot process the characters properly when 'fast pasting' is used, which results in lost characters.
Solution:
Clear the 'Fast pasting' option on the application's 'Misc' tabbed page in the 'Properties' dialog box.
1) Right-click the DOS applications icon. (A pop-up menu appears.)
2) Select 'Properties'. (The 'MS-DOS Prompt Properties' dialog box appears.)
3) Click the 'Misc' tab.

5) Click 'Apply' and click 'OK'.
